Chingón was launched in 2018 by Waterford man Keith Daniels, The original strategy for Chingón was to become a staple at live gigs and festivals across Ireland. During the early months of the Covid-19 pandemic,
Chingón found a forever home at Phoenix Yard Market. Chingon brings outstanding Tex-Mex food to Waterford in a new and exciting manner – The food is served from a customized food trailer and aims to provides the ultimate customer experience while meeting the highest standards of food hygiene.
They pride themselves in offering delicious Burritos, Tacos ( Including their new fish tacos) loaded fries, loaded Nachos and more all prepared in their fully equipped food truck.
Their Ethos is to produce a high-quality product each and every time by using the highest quality ingredients, and source local products wherever possible.
Chingón believes in being Green and use compostable packaging and only use suppliers who strive to be green too, they demand all our suppliers use recyclable packaging as much as possible.
